Announcing the top two prize winners for 2018

We have announced the top two winners for the Wyoming Shop Hop Prizes for 2018.

We had 63 passports returned this year.  Remember, every person who got a stamp at all 26 shops will receive a gift.  This will be in addition to any prize that they win if their number is drawn.

Loreen Moore from Rock Springs is the grand prize winner of the Babylock Molly
Sewing Machine.

Mary Burgess from Casper is the winner of the Tutto Machine Case.

We have many other wonderful prizes and the names of winners will be listed as soon as possible.  Watch this space!

Shop Hop 2018 going strong

Have you gotten around to all the shops participating in the Wyoming Shop Hop 2018?  We have seen many shop hoppers and all are reporting that it has been a fun and wonderful experience.  Visiting the shops, seeing all the fabrics, quilts, notions, books, patterns and whatever else the shop owners have in store for you is definitely the highlight of the shop hop.  But then there are all the prizes yet to be awarded to look forward to.  Each shop will be drawing for a $50 gift certificate or prize to be spent at their store.  Just think, if you were REALLY LUCKY and won at every shop, you would receive $1300 value in prizes!  Most of us would be elated to win at one shop – but your odds increase every shop you visit.

Then there are the Grand Prize and many more lovely items to be given away to those who send their qualified passport in by September 14 to the address that is on the passport.

Here are some of the prizes that will be awarded:

It is almost time to Shop Hop for 2018

Wyoming Quilt Shop Hop for 2018 will begin May 29 and last all summer, closing September 4, 2018.  You can download a passport from the home page of our website or pick one up at any participating quilt shop.  Make sure to get your passport validated at each shop, then send it in to qualify for chances at wonderful prizes.  Everyone who visits all the shops will get a prize this year, plus all who visit at least 13 shops will qualify for the drawing for the Grand Prize, a sewing machine, plus other fun and valuable quilting and sewing items.  Every shop will have a block pattern for you – why not chose several, if not all, and make a sampler quilt?  It is going to be a busy summer – so get your plans made to start shop hopping on May 29.  There are 26 participating stores to visit all over the state.  We hope to see you soon!

Wyoming Shop Hop for 2017 is finished – all but awarding the prizes, that is!

As the cooler days of autumn arrive, shop-hopping in Wyoming is over.  I hope you all had a lovely time visiting many if not all of the shops on the Wyoming Quilt Shop Hop trail this summer. We are receiving lots of completed passports in the mail every day, and I want to remind and encourage all participants to get your passport sent in today if you have not already!  It would be so sad to miss out on the chance to win such great prizes just because you failed to get your passport sent in time.  If you have any questions, call Lickety Stitch Quilts during business hours at 307-334-9963.  The shops are doing their individual drawings for prizes now and will be notifying each winner soon.  I plan to post the winners if I can get that information from all the participating shops as soon as possible.

How was your shop hopping experience?  Do you have any suggestions for changes for next year’s shop hop?  Thanks to each person who took the time to visit any of the participating shops this past summer, and please visit again soon.
